This is so much better than your average Prosecco. Made from vineyards in the Valdobbiadene region, the fruit is fresh and bright, with gorgeous pear and white peach flavours. All this really needs is a plate of nibbles, ideally antipasti – cured meats, little chunks of parmesan or pecorino, tiny green olives, breadsticks. Delicious.
