Not a shy wine, it’s like lychees and rose petals in a glass. Brilliantly expressive, this fancy French white from Alsace is desperate to be put with something equally exotic flavour-wise. Anything Chinese in flavour is a classic match but I love it with something coconut-y, like Thai red curry.
