If you love Prosecco but want something a little drier, try this. It’s made from a nearby region in Italy, is made in the same way and has that same easy-going frothiness. But the grape used to make it is different so the result is more crisp green apple than your average Prosecco. Normally £8/bottle but currently on offer (yay).
