This started life as a small run for Adnams’ Gin-Dulgence Club and proved so popular, they’ve made more for the fast-approaching festive period. Adnams make this from their own vodka, which they then distill with six botanicals to make gin and then, finally, add quince juice. It’s got plenty of quince character, both tart and sweet at the same time. Glorious in a G&T, even better when splashed into a glass of Prosecco.
