This is organic, biodynamic (fighting the urge to add ‘hydromatic’ in a Danny Zuko voice). Even the winery is made out of hemp bricks, so committed to sustainable winemaking is the producer. The result is a bit of a beast, with fully loaded black fruits, lots of alcohol and grab-your-teeth tannins. But the flavour is so intense, with a kind of smoky herby thing to it, you can’t help but go back for more. Truly wonderful stuff.
