Half term, so: gin. This one’s made using lemons grown on the Amalfi coast and the scent of it was enough to transport me out of my messy kitchen, albeit temporarily. Wonderfully aromatic with a real citrus twist, this is crisp and clean with just enough juniper to make it feel like a proper gin should i.e. medicinal in a good way. Add Fever Tree’s Mediterranean Tonic and a thick slice of lemon peel.
