Love this peachy Viognier from one of the biggest names in the Rhone Valley. Ripe and round with bags of tropical fruit flavours, it’s the kind of white winter was made for. And if you can’t find any on the shelf, it’s because my mum’s bought it all (sorry). Try it with roast chicken.
