The thing about Chardonnay is that, as a grape, it’s a bit like a blank piece of paper. What it tastes like in the glass depends completely on where and how it’s made. This one’s deliciously curvy, ripe and round thanks to a ton of Australian sunshine, but lovely and fresh too. It’s a good one for roast turkey, btw.
