A deliciously spicy mix of two grapes that share a first name, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, made by a whizz of a producer in the Languedoc region in southern France. It’s rich, thick with bramble fruit flavours and soft tannins (that teeth-coating quality that red wines have). Worked a treat with a bowl of spaghetti bolognese.

Hi Helen, really enjoyed the Aldi Cabinet de Cabinet 2014 at a friends house last night.
Do you know anywhere you can still buy it?
Not coming up on the Aldi site
Hi James, I’m not sure they do that one anymore but will ask them just to be sure. If it’s coming back, I’ll let you know! H
