Crémant de Limoux

It’s not Champagne, but it’s made in the same way (the bubbles are made in the bottle thanks to a second fermentation) and it’s also from France. But because it’s made in Southern France and from a different blend of grapes (in this case, Chardonnay, Maury and Chenin Blanc), it tastes similar but different. There’s apples, brioche, spice and plenty of bubbles. Just add mates. And a few breadsticks at the very least.
