This is such a bright take on the Verdejo grape, it positively dazzles with fresh citrus along with gorgeous white peach flavours. The grapes are picked at night to lock in flavour and although it’s generally fresh and light, there’s some weight to it too. Smarter than your average and great with food, roast chicken, especially.
