    1. Just to say I gave just completed reading all of your books, one after the other! I couldn’t put them down. All were fabulous reads, the characters so believeable could be anyone you know I laughed and cried with tgem all!! I am looking forward to book 5 coming out soon.

      Firstly thank you for your amazing blog and all the information and insight you share!!
      Secondly… PLEASE HELP!!! I am now into my second attempt at your Christmas Pudding Rum from Sat Kitchen best bits and heading for a second fail… 🙁
      First attempt, I heated the spices and peel per instructions and it turned very bitter by day 3…. second attempt (live) I chucked everything in and now (day 4) it is starting to go quite bitter again!! do I continue to let it sit? have lifted most of the big peel out… do you have any ideas at all of what can I do to salvage this please?
