Beronia Rueda Verdejo

Beronia is a producer based in Rioja (their reds are lovely) but they loved the white wines from Rueda so much they built a winery there too. This is more at the grassy end of the Verdejo spectrum rather than the riper peach fruit end and I love it. Great value and makes a properly refreshing change to Sauvignon Blanc. Just add salty snacks or a dish of fat olives.
