Chateau Thieuley Rouge

Gorgeous red from a great vintage, this is a classic blend – mostly Merlot, some Cabernet – from a family-owned chateau in the Entre-Deux-Mers region in Bordeaux. This region can sometimes come across as a bit too old school for some but wines like this one are a real breath of fresh air. It’s juicy and more-ish, just so you know. Absolutely made to go with sausages.
