Co-op Irresistible Pinot Noir

Blimey. As you know, we usually need to approach cheap(ish) Pinot with caution but this one is really smart. Sleek with earthy red fruits and a bit of spice, it comes from one of the cool spots in Chile (both in temperature and on-trendness). There’s added oomph from some oak ageing in French oak barrels too. Gorgeous stuff.
