Love, love, love this sparkling Pinot Noir from the brilliantly-named, family-run Bird in Hand winery in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills region. It’s stuffed with gorgeous soft red fruit flavours – strawberries, cherries – and with a gentle fizz that feels more expensive than it is. Sleek design, sleek wine. Definitely worth two in the fridge, let alone in the bush.
