A lot of white Burgundy comes with a hefty price tag; not this one. It’s normally £10 but it’s currently on offer until next month so definitely worth trying if you like your whites crisp, dry and lemony. There’s a touch of honeysuckle about it too. Made from the Chardonnay grape (as is almost all white Burgundy), it’s simply gorgeous. And fab with fish pie.

  1. Labelled £7 on the stand, but my till receipt today (26/5/18) says £5! Ludicrous, I’ll be trawling the isles throughout Tyne & Wear to hover this up

  2. It’s gone. It’s my favourite and I think Morrisons have stopped selling it.
