A gorgeous organic red made by a producer in Beaujolais, this is juicy, jolly and fresh as a daisy. Made from the Gamay grape, it’s from the hugely successful 2015 vintage. It does have a pleasingly rustic feel to it, kind of earthy and honest. But without being too farmyard, if you know what I mean. Super with sausages.
