A Mano Bianco

If you live near a Booths supermarket, lucky you. Their wine aisle is stuffed with hand-picked heavenly wines. This one’s from the Puglia region in the south of Italy (think: the heel of the boot). Made by a Californian winemaker and his Italian wife, who settled in the area almost 20 years ago. ‘A mano’ means hand-made. And the wines feel like they’ve been made specifically for long, lazy, family lunches. This one’s a blend of Italian grapes including Falanghina and Fiano. It screams peach, in a good way. Bung a roast chicken on the table and off you go.
