A late post from me this week, I’ve been away with work. In fact, still here in the wierd and wonderful place that is Los Angeles. A dose of sun and a red convertible Mustang has taken the edge off missing the children, but I’ll be happy when on that return flight tomorrow. The boys and baby have been time-tabled this week: a spreadsheet setting out who does what, where and when is on the fridge door at home. They are being supervised by adults rather than left to own devices, obviously. However, I can’t wait to get back and rip that timetable up, as soon as I’ve scooped and hugged. Tears of guilt, relief and joy are likely to follow (mine), along with a simple ‘can we have our presents now?’ (the boys).
No wines in the fridge or on the side this week as not at home. But the Margheritas have been fabulous.
Ta ta la la xx
Isn't California great this time of year? I love it and so does my visiting family.
Sorry you are missing your children, that must be hard.
You didn't drink any wine while here?
California was absolutely great, gorgeous weather, people and wines. But none that I drank were available in the UK, so left the mention to the cocktails – they are at least DIY. Very happy to be home with the baby and boys…and husband of course! xxx
