Much as I love a perky passionfruit-loaded Sauvignon Blanc, my real love is for this rather more elegant style so typical of the Loire Valley, especially those from Touraine. Think citrus with a dash of the florals and you get the idea. Bright, fresh and crying out to go with anything from the sea beside it.
