Bordeaux might be one of the most famous wine regions in the world but it’s not all leathery old clarets and decanters. This one, made from the Merlot grape with some Cabernet Sauvignon (a classic Bordeaux blend) is packed with plum fruits and a touch of spice. Simply delicious.
