Brilliantly earthy red made from Tannat, the star grape of the Madiran region in South West France. There’s both Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc in there too, so lots going on – black cherry, a touch of coffee and a kick of spice. Absolutely made to go with slow roast lamb.
