Seeing Stars

As Christmas traditions go, this one’s not my favourite. But it is a tradition, nonetheless. I’m talking about baking Christmas biscuits for the school Christmas Bazaar AT THE LAST MINUTE. It’s today. So, naturally, I started making biscuits at 10pm last night. I’d been to a local Christmas pop-up shop at a friend’s house to sell my book(perfect present for any wine-loving friend for just £7.99, as you know), so as soon as I got home I poured a glass of wine, put Mariah on a loop and got cracking. Turned out fifty of these by midnight. Hardly Bake Off material but technically, I’m star baker.
